SOA Parcel Tyler Testing<\/font><\/u><\/b><\/div>
This map service references many different layers.  The most detail portion of the service uses the cadastral line feature class of the SOA database.  The Cadastral line layer is Scale dependent which currently comes on at around a scale of 1:5000.  The cadastral line layer is symbolized on the Alpha Tag field as follows.<\/span>

This map service utilizes the Parcel Point <\/b>feature class to partially label the PIN <\/b>for each parcel polygon<\/b>.  Parcel_Point LG<\/u><\/b> for the most detailed label when zoomed in beyond 1:1500 and Parcel_Point SM<\/u><\/b> for less detail label when zoomed in past 1:4000 but >= 1:1500.  The parcel point feature classes have no symbol because they are used here for labeling.<\/div>

The service when zoomed to its extents will display Sangamon County's Major Areas<\/b> (Geographic Townships<\/i>).  Each area is Labeled Area 1 through Area 36 and represents the first two digits of the PIN<\/b> (Parcel Index Number).  As you zoom in the Land Sections<\/b> will turn on and will be labeled 1 - 36 and represents the 3rd and 4th digits of the PIN<\/b>.  The 5th digit of a PIN <\/b>will always be "0" in this map service since we filter for just the centroid points.  As you zoom in closer still at around 1:4000 the parcel polygons will label with the last 3 digits of the PIN and if you zoom in past 1:1500 the parcel polygon will label with the block and the last three digits of the PIN<\/b>.<\/div>

911 Addressing<\/font><\/u><\/b><\/div>
This Map Service has a 911 Addressing layer which is turned off by default. The Field names used are:<\/div>
HN, HNSFFX, PREDIR, PRE_TYPE, STNAME, STTYPE, SUFDIR, STATE, ZIP, PHCITY, STATUS, CLASS, PO_CITY,JoinID<\/div>

This same layer is used as the Situs Locator Address911Filtered. This layer and the locator are both Filtered to remove the 100 block address points.<\/div>
